Holding the Tarot

Participation Terms

Last updated: August 2026

Holding the Tarot is a nine-month Tarot apprenticeship built around live sessions, ongoing practice, and learning together. These terms are here so that we both know what we're committing to before you join.

Your place and payment

The full cost of Holding the Tarot is $2,550 USD, paid through Wise.

Your place in the cohort is secured once your payment has been received. Payment is non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you are unable to participate and someone else is interested in taking your place, a transfer may be possible with my prior agreement. Because Holding the Tarot is an application-based program, the new participant will need to complete the application process and be accepted into the cohort.

Participation and missed sessions

Holding the Tarot is designed as a live apprenticeship, and I encourage you to participate in the live sessions whenever possible.

If you miss a session, recordings will be available in our shared participant space throughout the apprenticeship and for three months after our final session. Missing sessions, peer pod meetings, or other parts of the apprenticeship does not entitle you to a refund.

You are responsible for arranging and participating in meetings with your peer pod.

If I need to make a change

If I need to reschedule an individual live session, I will arrange a new date.

If I cancel Holding the Tarot before the apprenticeship begins, you will receive a full refund.

If circumstances prevent me from completing the apprenticeship after it has begun, you will receive a proportional refund for the part of the program I am unable to provide.

Recordings

Our live sessions will be recorded so that participants can return to them or catch up on a session they have missed.

Because this is a participatory program, your voice, image, and contributions may be included in those recordings. Recordings will only be made available to participants in the cohort and are not to be shared outside the group.

Confidentiality

Holding the Tarot is a space where people may share personal experiences, questions, readings, and reflections.

What another participant shares in the group stays in the group. You agree not to share another participant's personal information, stories, readings, or contributions outside Holding the Tarot without their permission.

Materials

The materials I provide as part of Holding the Tarot are for your personal use. Please don't reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or use them to teach your own course or program without my permission.

The Tarot itself, its traditions, symbols, cards, and ideas do not belong to me. This applies to the original materials I create for the apprenticeship.

Agreement

By accepting these terms and making your payment, you are confirming that you understand the commitment you are making and agree to these Participation Terms.

Accept the Participation Terms

Before making your payment, please confirm that you've read and agree to the terms above.
